Pre-Requisites

You will need Owner on your Empower Azure subscriptions. (Please note, you do not need to delegate UC subscriptions if those are separate)

Steps

Start by entering lighthouse in the Azure Portal and clicking on service providers.
Then click on view delegations.
Then click on delegate resources.
Finally, add both subscriptions to the Empower: Analytics as a Service offering. This will be provided by Hitachi Solutions America. If you see multiple options, choose the option not related to a specific subscription. Finally, delegate the subscriptions.
